We all know about certain health warnings  such as chest pain (heart attack), irregular moles (skin cancer) or fever (infection). But when it comes to less common indicators, we often overlook. If you have one of these symptoms; you should definitely have a medical checkup.

1. Sleepy During The Day Without Any Reason

It is a warning sign for Diabetes, both Type 1 and 2.

7. Loss of Balance

Little daily ‘accidents’ like slipping or falling into things can be caused by neurological problems: Motor diseases (such as Parkinson’s), autoimmune diseases (such as multiple sclerosis), and diabetic neuropathy (caused by diabetes).

8. Never Ending Constipation Problems

If constipation becomes a frequent problem, it’s worth looking into possible physical causes such as colon growths or colorectal cancer.

9. Discomfort in Chest, Neck and Arms When You Exercise
